Noodles on the mind

The question of the week is: what type of noodles for the Dan Dan Mein? The answer in picture below. Hope this helps out! Either is ok, but I prefer using the fresher type of noodle, seen on the left. I usually buy a bundle and repackage them into manageable portions.
